Launch of "Wheels to Work" scheme

On 12 February 2010, Bucks Community Action will be launching the "Wheels to Work" scheme. "Wheels to Work" is a Charity funded project for young people (aged 16-19, or up to 25 in some circumstances) who live in rural areas and have difficulties getting to College or a place of work or training opportunities due to poor public transport links. The project provides them with a moped, insurance and safety equipment as well as lessons how to use the bike so they have better means to travel to College or their place of work. Further information can be found here.
